Sending your application by email.

1. 1.Download the application form by clicking here
   The application form can be viewed and filled in using Adobe Reader. If you don’t have it click here to download.
   
   

2. 2.Fill in the application on your computer, save it and then email it to serve@missionafrica.org.uk
   
   

3. 3.Pay your deposit of £50 using PayPal, credit or debit card. Click the yellow button below.
   
   

4. 4.Get 2 passport photos taken and send them with your second payment in April.
   

We will email you back within a couple of days to acknowledge that we’ve received your application.

Download and Print out the application form and send it to:

   i. print out the form and fill it in by hand
   ii. fill it in using Adobe Reader and then print it out
   
   

3. 3.Send the completed form to the address below along with your £50 deposit and 2 passport
   photos.

We will acknowledge that we have received your application form by email. After we get the forms back from your references we will email you again to confirm your place on the teams.

Closing Date for applications is 31st March 2010.

Our Summer Team program is only available to people living in the UK and Ireland.
